Douglas Lebda is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tree.com and has served in such capacity for LendingTree since January 2008. Mr. Lebda has also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of IAC since the end of 2005. Prior to assuming his current roles, Mr. Lebda served as the Chief Executive Officer of LendingTree, which he founded, since September 1998. Prior to his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of LendingTree, Mr. Lebda served as Chairman of the Board and President of LendingTree since June 1996. Before founding LendingTree in June 1996, Mr. Lebda worked as an auditor and consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Lebda is a member of the Board of Directors of Eastman Kodak.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Claudette Hampton is the Senior Vice President of Human Relations of Tree.com and is responsible for human resources strategy and management across the various businesses and brands within Tree.com. Her team oversees compensation, health and wellness, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hampton was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte. With more than 20 years of experience in human relations, Ms. Hampton has also worked at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Westinghouse Electric.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, RealEstate.com and Tree.com
Greg Hanson is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of RealEstate.com and Tree.com. Mr. Hanson was previously the Vice President of Product Management at RealEstate.com. Before joining the company, Mr. Hanson was the CEO of GuildQuality, a company specializing in performance benchmarking for home builders. Prior to this, Mr. Hanson served as chairman and CEO for Bullhorn, the leading on-demand solution for staffing companies.
President, LendingTree Exchange
Bob Harris is the President of Tree.com's LendingTree Exchange business and has served in such capacity for LendingTree since June 2008. Mr. Harris previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Lending Business from May 2007 through January 2008 and Vice Chairman from January 2008 through June 2008. Mr. Harris joined LendingTree as Vice President of Marketing in June 2000 and served as Chief Marketing Officer of LendingTree from September 2003 through April 2007. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Harris served as Managing Director, Consumer Marketing of The Coca-Cola Company and worked at McCormick & Company, where he was responsible for leading brand marketing, new products and sales initiatives within the U.S. Consumer Products Group.
Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Jacqueline Jones joined Tree.com in August 2008 and currently serves as an Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Jones worked for Bank of America for more than 10 years, serving as an Assistant General Counsel in the Corporate, Securities and M&A group. Before joining Bank of America, Ms. Jones practiced law with firms in Charlotte, North Carolina and New York City.
President, LendingTree Loans
David Norris is the President of Home Loan Center, Inc., Tree.com's mortgage subsidiary and has served in such capacity since June 2008. Mr. Norris previously served as Senior Vice President of Home Loan Center and LendingTree, LLC, with responsibility for several areas, including Business Planning & Intelligence, Project Management, Call Center, Customer Experience, Six Sigma, and Sales Training. Mr. Norris joined LendingTree in September, 2006 as Vice President of Corporate Quality. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Norris served as Vice President of Service and Solutions for Toshiba America's Digital Products Division where he was responsible for delivering customer solutions and all post-sale product support. Within Toshiba, Mr. Norris also served as Vice President of Management Innovation.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Matthew Packey is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tree.com and has served in such capacity for LendingTree since September 2007. Mr. Packey previously served as LendingTree's Chief Accounting Officer from August 2005 to September 2007 and Controller from January 2000 to August 2005. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Packey served as Vice President and Controller of Broadway & Seymour, Inc., and as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Packey is a certified public accountant.
Senior Vice President, Marketing
As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mona Marimow oversees the integrated marketing team across LendingTree.com and Tree.com. Her team manages all integrated marketing efforts across offline, online partner and search marketing, direct marketing, affiliates, strategic partnerships, promotions, public relations, and social media. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Marimow was Vice President, Account Director at Mullen Advertising, headquartered in Boston, managing the LendingTree business as an agency partner since 2006, among other clients. Ms. Marimow has managed the integrated marketing efforts for over ten brands, including Orbitz, Disney, Olympus Camera, SCJohnson Family, Nokia, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and BellSouth Communications. Ms. Marimow has also worked at companies such as Grey Worldwide Advertising, CBS, and Hearst Television.
