The most exciting thing I've done is set at the front desk and see the many faces that come through our doors, where I can make them smile, feel good, lift their spirit, and encourage their hearts. Wow, I could go on forever. I guess upgrading QRM to version 15! Haha, I know that sounds nerdy. Doing karaoke to "Baby Got Back" during our summer employee event was awesome. Locking loans was pretty fun as well…working with the agents/processors back when I started in '04-‘05 proved to be very interesting.

Learn as much as you can. Working here is a great opportunity to see the inner workings the mortgage industry and its role in the economy.
