The hiring process for TREE follows:
- Apply online for a position you see listed, or if you don’t see a position that interests you but you want to submit your resume for future openings, submit your application to the position titled “Rock Star” and tell us why you’d be a great asset to Tree.com.
- One of our recruiters will follow up with a phone screen if we think you’d be a fit for the Company in terms of skill set, areas of interest, compensation, interests, strengths, etc.
- If you move on to the next level, depending on the business unit, you may interview face-to-face with a recruiter first or you may meet with up to five people from the business right away (hiring manager, unit exec, and peers).
- Based on the combined feedback of the group, we’ll make a hiring decision as quickly as possible after the interview.
- If moving forward is a “go”, your recruiter will extend an offer and send you information to complete for our background check.
- Welcome Aboard! On your first day, you will attend an Orientation session designed to help you transition into your new position and the Company.
The process is a little different if you apply for a Mortgage Banker position.
You’ll complete a few assessment tools throughout the interview process to help us evaluate your ability to succeed in this role.
