Retirement Savings
401(k) Plan (Charles Schwab) |
Employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) program on the first day of hire. Employees can contribute up to 16% of salary on a pre-tax basis and 10% post-tax. Currently, Tree.com contributes 50% 0f the first 6% of pre-tax salary contributions, there is no match on post-tax contributions. |
