Life and AD&D Insurance Life Insurance: Company pays for each employee to be covered up to 1.5 times annual benefits base salary. Voluntary, employee paid coverage is available for dependents.

AD&D Basic Policy: Company covers each employee up to 1.5 times annual benefits base salary. Additional employee paid coverage is available.
Short & Long-Term
Disability
Short-term coverage: Company pays for each employee to be covered at 60% of salary.

Long-term coverage: Company pays for each employee to be covered at 60% of salary. Long-term coverage kicks in after Short-Term coverage ends.

Retirement Savings

401(k) Plan

Employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) program
on the first day of hire.
Employees can contribute up to 16% of salary on
a pre-tax basis and 10% post-tax.
Currently, Tree.com contributes 50% 0f the first 6%
of pre-tax salary contributions,
there is no match on post-tax contributions.

Time Off Benefits

Employees are eligible for PTO at the following accrual rates:

Company Holidays 6 Company Holidays, 2 Floating Holidays per year
Maternity Benefits Up to 12 weeks maternity leave, 8 of which is paid at 100% base pay
Paternity Benefits Up to 12 weeks leave, 1 week paid at 100% base pay
Adoption Benefits Primary Care Giver – up to 12 weeks leave,
8 of which is paid at 100% base pay
Non-Primary Care Giver – up to 12 weeks leave,
1 week paid at 100% base pay

Group Legal Insurance (ARAG) Legal services are provided through telephonic consultation, Internet, and/or face-to-face interviews depending on the type of legal service requested.
