 Thanks for stopping by the real estate channel here at Tree.com.  My name is Jeremy Blanton & I am the channel leader for the real estate segment.  I am very excited to lead a great team of bloggers who will be supplying you with tons of useful information on a daily basis.  I have been able to line up some of the top real estate bloggers from around the country to share their knowledge here.  
 
Before I talk about them, let me give you a quick overview of what to expect here.  Every business day we will be sharing content with you on current situations in the real estate industry as well as advice on buying or selling a home.  You can expect to find information here from professionals who work within the industry daily and are not afraid to share their expertise.  I hope that through this channel you will become more informed with everything related to real estate.  
 
Here’s what you can expect each week:

On Mondays, you will get a good mixture from various writers from around the country.  You never know what will be available on Monday as it is sort of an anything-goes topic day.  From time to time you might even find a post from me.  

Tuesdays will be covered by Maya Paveza, a top-producing Coldwell Banker agent in Delaware.  She has become an extremely successful real estate agent through using social media marketing.  Maya is known to many of her friends as a Twitter Queen because of the amount of networking she does there.  She will be sharing weekly about experiences she has encountered while handling real estate transactions as well as tips to help you through the transaction process.

Each Wednesday, Tom Branch, a broker in the Dallas, Texas area will be sharing from his experiences in the short sale market.  He has even written his own “field guide” to short sales that I am sure he will be sharing snippets from as well.  So if you are in default on a mortgage and fear losing your home to foreclosure, you definitely will want to read what Tom has to say each Wednesday.

Leslie Ebersole, a Chicago real estate agent, is known for great information on buying and selling homes in today's tricky market. Every Thursday she will be sharing from her expertise tips on buying or selling a home.  She will break down some of the common misconceptions that you may be thinking from a show you watched on television or read in a magazine as well as shedding light on many other myths related to real estate.  

To wrap up each week in the Real Estate channel, we will hear wisdom from Jason Crouch.  He is a broker/owner in the Austin, Texas area.  As a father of four he is best known for sharing practical life stories and how they relate into real estate.  Don’t be surprised to see a few of his posts reference something his children have said or done.  He is known for taking everyday sayings, movies, TV shows and famous quotes and drawing a relationship to the industry.
