If you want to help the environment during the holiday season, you should consider investing in energy-efficient alternatives, such as Light Emitting Diode (LED) Christmas lights. Although LED lights cost more at the store than regular lights, they will save you money in the long run because they use less energy and last longer. Factories and businesses that produce LED lights, as opposed to standard lights, emit less pollution--so you'll also be helping the environment. Many manufacturers make LED holiday and Christmas lights.
