    You should begin regular colon cancer screening at age 50, but look out for the following colon cancer symptoms at any age:

    • Blood in your stool

    • Changes in your bowel movements for more than a few weeks or a feeling that your bowels aren't empty after a movement

    • Fatigue

    • Frequent abdominal pain, cramps or gas

    • Rectal bleeding (sometimes confused with hemorrhoids)

    • Unexpected weight loss.
