Patients with early stage ovarian cancer don't often exhibit any symptoms. Even at advanced stages the symptoms of ovarian cancer might easily be confused with other issues. The most common symptoms are:
• Abnormal menstrual cycles
• Back pain
• Bloating
• Digestive issues
• Fatigue
• Stomach or pelvic pain
• Unexplained weight loss or gain
• Vaginal bleeding.
Consult a doctor if these issues persist for an extended period of time or cannot be attributed to other health problems. Detecting cancer at an early stage will greatly increase your chances of successful treatment.
