Many authors have written about the con game and the people who play it, including Frank Abagnale and Iceberg Slim. Abagnale has written critically acclaimed books including "Catch Me if You Can," based on his own true story as a check forger and escape artist. His book was adapted into a movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks. Iceberg Slim wrote stories about con men and other underworld characters, based on his many real world experiences as an underworld figure. Among his books are "Trick Baby" and "Long White Con."
