Some job opportunities open to those with a graduate accounting degree include:
• Auditor: These professionals analyze and determine the validity of the accounting practices of a company. This can include tax auditors who audit both businesses and individuals.
• Accounting manager or executive: Moving up the corporate ladder, you'll manage the accounting department. At executive levels, this could mean making budgeting and financial decisions for the company.
• Forensic accounting: Accountants that check the validity of financial records for legal purposes are called forensic accountants.
Accounting is a complex field. A deeper understanding of this practice through formal education will provide you with better job opportunities.
